Hey everyone,

For today's video for the first time since breaking my bike I am back on my bike and riding! Kind of. My shoulder has not quite 100% healed (I would say about 80%) but I have been given the go ahead to ease myself back into riding and so I thought I would take you all along on the journey for my first ride back. It was super enjoyable getting back out on all of my bikes again despite the cold! I also give you all a bit of insight into what I have been doing to aid my recovery.
