Ratoh Jaroe dance is a traditional dance from Aceh Province of Indonesia. This dance is a harmonious blend of gestures, hands, formation, compactness and percussion music (rapa'i). Boston Cendrawasih is a traditional dance group of Indonesian living in Boston. This year, our group is consisted of young professionals, residents, and students from Harvard, MIT, Northeastern, and Tufts. Our mission is to showcase Indonesian culture in Boston through arts festivals.
