In todays Video I will be talking all about my whole journey with disordered eating and body image issues and stuff like that.
This Video was actually filmed about three months ago so the next video will be an update on how I've been doing since then...
I also wanted to say thank you to everyone who has been there for me during those times where I've struggled with myself, because I noticed that I didn't do that in the video and I just wanted to show that it wasn't all bad and that I had and still have great and really helpful people around me!

Also wanted to add a little reminder that YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!
