Last week Japanese fast food chain Fuji Soba made food news headlines when it announced a partnership with South Korean food giant Lotte. Together they are creating the Coolish Hiyashi Soba meal and it is available for a limited time at Fuji Soba restaurants.

This meal consists of chilled soba noodles, a cup of broth and a pouch of Coolish ice cream. Coolish is an ice cream that comes in a pouch which you can drink directly from the container.
