Many Faces of Community Health is a two-day conference on improving care and health equity in underserved populations and among those living in poverty. Attendees come together to learn about the impact of health care reforms, ways to advance health equity, and how to apply best practices to the delivery of primary care to the disadvantaged.

I sat down with Jennifer Kolstad, a behavioral health provider at Open Door Health Center located in Mankato, Minnesota and discussed how she approaches addiction with her patients.
