Why did I invest 3 MILLION DOLLARS on an empty field? To build a city, of course. Actually, it's more like a subdivision, but it is without a doubt the BIGGEST development of my real estate career.

This is the first time I've actually been to the site in Hastings, a small town in south eastern Ontario, aka the Ultimate Fishing Town.

I wanted give you guys a quick little tour of the land. This exciting project is set on 22 acres. We will be building a 205 unit subdivision with 97 townhomes and three 36 unit buildings, and it will encompass a marsh along with nature trails.
