Der Wirbelluftfilter der Zündapp KS 750 auch Zyklonfilter genannt.
Er war an der Zündapp KS 750 der Wehrmacht ab 1943 als Ersatz für den Nassluftfilter eingebaut.
Das Besondere ist, das er auch die ansaugluft für den Motor vorwärmte. Dadurch wurde das Vereisen des Vergasers, was oft bei höherer Luftfeuchtigkeit und bei Temperaturen von 0 bis Plus 10 Grad Celsius den Lauf negativ beeinflusste.
Der Luftfilter ist wie der original im Detail hergestellt und in Wehrmacht Beige Lackiert und mit entsprechender Beschriftung.

The vortex air filter of the Zündapp KS 750, also known as a cyclone filter.
It was installed on the Zündapp KS 750 of the Wehrmacht from 1943 as a replacement for the wet air filter.
The special thing is that it also preheated the intake air for the engine. This prevented the carburettor from icing up, which often had a negative effect on the running in high humidity and at temperatures of 0 to plus 10 degrees Celsius.
The air filter is manufactured in detail like the original and painted in Wehrmacht beige and with appropriate labeling.
