辣椒煎雞蛋

材料:
虎皮尖椒(紅色)一隻
虎皮尖椒(綠色)一隻
雞蛋5隻

處理:
1. 辣椒,切去椗,打直一開二,去籽,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水,切細粒,放大碗內。
2. 雞蛋,打在辣椒內,加入:
a. 胡椒粉適量
b. 魚露一湯匙

烹調:
1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油2湯匙。
2. 雞蛋,打勻,倒入鑊內,轉中慢火,煎香。
3. 雞蛋,一面已煎至金黃色,反轉繼續煎。
4. 雞蛋,兩面都已煎至金黃色,熄火。
5. 完成,上碟,可享用。

Ingredients:
Pan-seared chili pepper (red) 1 No.
Pan-seared chili pepper (green) 1 No.
Eggs 5 Nos.

Preparation:
1. The peppes, cut the stalks. Divide each into 2 shares vertically. Remove seeds. Rinse thoroughly. Drain. Dice in small cubes. Put in a big bowl.
2. Eggs, break in the pepper. Add in:
a. Pepper appropriate amount
b. Fish sauce 1 tbsp

Steps:
1. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok.
2. The eggs, get them whisked. Pour in the wok. Turn to medium-low flame and continue frying.
3. The eggs, one side has been fried into golden yellow, flip over and continue frying.
4. The eggs, both sides have been fried into golden yellow, turn off fire.
5. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
