Kaveh's a unit designed around the Bloom reaction, but his kit has many flaws that label him as either a worse Nilou, or completely anti-synergistic with the very reaction he's supposed to buff. This video will cover my idea of what a Kaveh rework should look like. It'll push him into a role focused on all Bloom-based teams, rather than just the regular ones.

Not every character rework implies a character has a “bad” kit, or that I don't like the character. Some reworks may be chosen for the sake of exploring new options.

===Rework Guidelines===
1) Reworked characters must have the same element and weapons.
2) The main scalings should remain consistent or should feel thematically accurate.
3) The identity and team roles of a unit should remain consistent or feel thematically accurate to the character’s identity.
4) In calculations, characters and weapons are level 90, while the talents are all 8. Artifact substats aren't included. Enemy DEF/RES, constellations, and external buffs aren't included unless I say so. If Enemy DEF/RES is included, assume enemy level is 100 and Base RES is 10%.
