Welcome to Ialysos Beach, another of the most popular beaches for a Rhodes holiday. In this video we will explore this beautiful beach and walk along the beach past the hotels Sunshine Rhodes, Blue Horizon, Sun Beach Resort. Ialysos Beach is a long pebble beach located in the northwestern part of the Greek island of Rhodes, about 7 km southwest of the capital. Ialysos beach is well organized, sunbeds, umbrellas, beach bars and restaurants are available to visitors. Ialyssos beach is located on the windward side of the island and the sea is wilder here, which attracts mainly windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts. Ialyssos is a large resort with excellent tourist facilities, sometimes its second name Trianta (Triánda) is used. Ialyssos is the second largest town on the island of Rhodes and has many visitors during the high summer season. Landing planes are well observed above the beach of Ialysos.
From Ialysos Beach it is not far to other seaside tourist destinations such as Faliraki, the old town of Rhodes, Kallithea and Kolymbia.
