Farfalle Con Pollo

Ingredients:
Farfalle pasta
One red bell pepper
Spinach
Asiago cheese
Parmesan cheese
Heavy cream
Salt/Black pepper

Instructions:
Start with boiling the water for the pasta. Dry the chicken with a paper towel. Season the chicken with just salt and pepper. On a pan or coast iron pan, cook until dark golden brown on each side. Clean then roast the pepper whole over the stove top and rotate every min until each side is lightly charred. Then clean off the seeds of the pepper and slide into small slices. Also cut the chicken into pieces. In a pan, add in a little bit of butter and about a half cup of heavy cream. Add in the chicken and peppers then stir around. Add salt and pepper. Add in the pasta and half a ladle full of pasta water. Add your Asiago cheese and parmesan cheese then combine and ENJOY! Buon APPETITO BETCH!
