**noise warning** from air nozzle blowing off part in places, be careful with your media volume when watching! Its a slow moving video so consider speeding it up if you want to get through it faster. It was made with a good bit of detail for the friend I was making it for who was interested in the process. Its a good example of what is involved in making a one off part. Many folks think the machine magically pops out the part but the machine is just an instructed tool that requires all the users input, programming, tool and work holding setups etc to perform its final task. often time multiple machines are needed to arrive at a finished part. so when you see a tiny part that fits in your hand and wonder whyt he price seems unreasonably high, remember to consider the time involved and equipment and tooling costs associated with that parts creation. The price can be reduced when the quantity increases as the initial time investment gets distributed across the over all run quantity of the part and added to the associated machining time and materials cost.
