I'm going to show you how to make a mouthwatering salmon recipe that will impress your significant other. This recipe is simple, yet elegant and flavorful, and is sure to become a go-to in your recipe collection.

Ingredients:
-1 large salmon fillet, skin on
-Sea Salt
-1 tablespoon neutral oil

For the sauce:
-3 tablespoons unsalted butter
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1/4 cup white vermouth
-1/4 cup onion broth
-1 tablespoon capers drained
-1/4 cup heavy cream
-1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
-Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:
1. Season the salmon with sea salt all over and let sit for 13 minutes.
2. Towards the end of the thirteen minutes begin preheating your pan on medium heat.
3. Place the salmon fillets skin side down in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
4. Flip the salmon fillets over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until cooked through.
5. Remove the salmon fillets from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
6. Empty out some of the cooking oil if there is a lot.
7. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
8. Add the white vermouth to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until it has reduced by half.
8. Add the onion broth, capers, heavy cream, and lemon juice to the skillet and stir to combine.
9. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until it has thickened slightly. Turn off the heat and add the butter. Swirl until incorporated.
10. Plate the salmon skin side up and pour the sauce over the fish on the plate.
11. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top of the salmon fillets and serve immediately. Enjoy!
