In January 2024, I traveled solo for the first time to Panama for 6 days. With no detailed plan going in, I had no idea what was in store for me when I got there. It ended up being one of the most valuable and amazing experiences of my life. Everything about the country was beautiful, from the jungle, the city, and most of all the people I met while traveling. I hope to be back soon, and I will always remember Panama as the country that jump started my solo expeditions.
