In this video you will be able to learn how to make a simple almond dacquoise to make layered desserts. The dacquoise cake will be golden and crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside, ideal for layered desserts with a smooth texture!
Amarettis will be very dry and crispy after the cooking process. These are ideal to accompany coffee after a good meal, and the almond flavor they have is wonderful!

A French dessert from the Dax area is called dacquoise, made up of a meringue dough, filled with butter cream, and sprinkled with powdered sugar. The almond meringue dough is also known as dacquoise. In this preparation we make meringue egg whites, whites beaten with a small amount of sugar, and then the dry ingredients are incorporated, in this case flour, powdered sugar and almond flour. There are different types of dacquoise, in which the almonds in the preparation can also be mixed with hazelnuts, pistachios or coconut to achieve different flavors and textures.

Ingredients:
190 gr egg whites
65 gr common sugar
160 gr caster sugar
130 gr almond flour
40 gr flour 0000 (all-purpose flour)
Makes 3 plates of 20 cm x 20 cm
