Oatmeal Cookies for Diabetics:

for 15-16 cookies:

100 g of melted butter,
1 i 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats,
2 tbsp of whole wheat flour,
1 tbsp of cocoa,
4-6 tbsp of erythritol,
1 tsp of baking powder,
2 tbsp of seeds, chopped nuts od dark chocolate,
2 egg

Combine all the ingredients, mix well. Using a tablespoon, drop 16 cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Using same spoon or your fingers create round shapes and gently flat each cookie. Bake in 180 C for 15 minutes.
