Ever wanted to build your own garage? Or add a workshop onto your garage? Well that's exactly what I do in this video! Starting with the foundation. That's right, I even build the foundation myself, including the concrete footers, the concrete block foundation walls (aka stem walls), and the cement slab floor. Well I get a little help from friends (Johnny, Anthony, Gus, and Carl), and I rented an excavator and other machines to help.

Catch the next video in this series to see the framing!

Here's how much the foundation cost me to build. Keep in mind this is only for THREE walls, not four!
