It’s time for our "Culture Issue" segment, where we invite a guest to go in-depth about cultural issues related to Korea. 2024 was a significant year for relations between Korea and the African continent, with plenty of cultural exchanges and cooperation. Following the inaugural Korea-Africa summit in Seoul back in June, on Saturday, October 12th, the biggest Africa festival in the country will be held at Banpo Hangang Park in the capital. And we have invited a Moroccan singer and YouTuber, who is deeply involved in this year's festival, Kim Miso! Miso, welcome!

Q1. Let’s start with a little bit about yourself. You make videos, you sing, you dance, and you do all of that in Korea?

Q2-1. How much of a presence does the Korean wave have in Morocco, or if you can expand, on the African continent as a whole?

Q2-2. What do fans of Korean culture in Morocco like the most? Or is there any specific drama or K-pop group that really sparked the popularity of K-content?

Q3. Let’s now talk about the Seoul Africa Festival. What is the festival about and what’s your role as ambassador for the Asia Africa Talent Award at the event?

Q6. In just a day from now, we’ll be at the festival. The reason why I say “we“ is because I will be the MC along with TV personality Jonathan at the event, Miso, some final recommendations for those who will be participating at the festival?
