After months of anticipation, a first-of-its-kind restaurant in Minnesota is now open in Brooklyn Park. According to owner Linh Huynh, the restaurant is unique in that it offers both Korean barbecue and hotpot, a flavorful broth that can be cooked with meat, vegetables and noodles. The restaurant is do-it-yourself style, with customers grilling their own meat at their table. However, restaurant staff will help customers that need assistance. Under the same roof is Mochinut-Brooklyn Park, which offers desserts, doughnuts and bubble tea.
