I know there is 1 million YouTube videos online about how to get over a break up but everything I’m telling you guys in this video has actually worked for me time & time again. I know going through break ups is one of the hardest things you can possibly go through in life, but my main goal with this video is to make you guys feel understood, heard and validated. I want you guys to know that this is not the end of the world, even though it may feel like it is.
