In this video I'm providing a cooking demonstration of a whole, native, organic meal that is part of a healthy diet. We grew the Native American corn and squash in our garden and the grass fed lamb was obtained from a Navajo Farmer.
Replacing fast foods/processed foods with whole, organic, home cooked meals is a great step towards good health. I hope this meal example helps my followers. If you have special nutritional needs then you need to work with your own personal Register Dietitian to help create a meal plan for your specific needs. For example, while squash is very healthy it is high in potassium, which may not be the right food choice for a dialysis patient. Thanks for tuning in.
