The USMC Blue Angels demonstration team support aircraft C-130, nicknamed "Fat Albert" shows its short runway takeoff capability by employing a Jet Assisted Take Off (JATO) rocket package. This is one of the last uses of that method, as the supply of rockets has since been depleted.
