A quick guide to doing a closed transfer under gravity with the Fermzilla All Rounder. There are several benefits to doing this but primarily it avoids any exposure to air and oxygen during the transfer to keg meaning your beer is less likely to become oxidised and stale. Doing it under gravity means there is no waste of co2 from your gas bottle. Cheers
