I took the opportunity to do a review on the Brand new 2020 Toyota Corolla XR & my first impressions are 'WOW".

I think it might be my favourite Toyota I have driven besides for a mk4 Supra but nothing can top that. This sedan comes with a whole bunch of bells & whistles. Starting with push button start going into a full Digital display and infotainment. Apple & Android devices are compatible & you can make the best of your car play with an amazing 4 door sound system.

The XR comes standard with 17" inch wheels with a nice 215 /40/17 tyre from factory which as you can see in the video definitely helps gives the awesome sedan great handling capabilities on the twisty Outeniqua Pass.

The outstanding 2.0 Litre N/A Engine comes with a 8 speed CVT auto metic transmission which is equipped with flappy paddles & a Sport Mode. For a family sedan it comes with 125 KW & 250 NM of Torque and a combined tested fuel consumption of 7.6 litres per 100 km which for a 2.0 litre engine is not bad at all.

This is a stunner of a car with gritty performance & a banging body it is definitely one of the best looking Toyota Corolla's that has ever been produced in my opinion.
