Women diagnosed with myeloproliferative neoplasms often experience more fatigue and mood disorders than their male counterparts. Finding a treatment plan that works can alleviate these symptoms and help cut down on excess fatigue. At the Weill Cornell Medicine Richard T. Silver Myeloproliferative Neoplasms Center, a variety of resources and supportive complimentary programs aimed at helping women exist, such as the NewYork-Presbyterian Integrative Health and Wellbeing program, exercise classes, counseling, acupuncture, and massage services.
