In today's video, I'm sharing a raw and honest moment from my journey as I navigate through a lot of physical pain and emotional frustration. Because I’ve realized that even in the midst of struggle, focusing on God and the goodness He brings is a powerful source of encouragement.

✨ Here's a tip for something you can do todo to start to creatively shift your own focus! ✨ Start a gratitude journal! Take a few minutes each day to jot down three things you’re grateful for. It's a HUGE part of what I've encouraged with doing "Daily 3s" for YEARS! This simple practice helps shift your focus from pain to positivity, reminding you of the blessings in your life. Remember, what you focus on expands, and directing your energy toward the good can transform your mindset.
