Hey everyone,

As the title of this video suggests I unfortunately had one of the worst crashes of my life two weeks ago and am now recovering from a badly broken left Clavicle / Collarbone. In this video I break down the crash, explain what went wrong and then give you guys a look into some of the tricks I have been working on recently and how I have been managing my recovery.
