I hope you guys enjoyed! My last trip to the Ring was a PB of 9:19 with a yellow flag - I came out on this trip with one mission; a sub 9 minute lap. Never did I think that I would have a 1 min 12 sec improvement! Cannot wait to get back out there later this year and hunt down that sub 8!
