This is the Very Scary Traverse in Mt. Yamnuska. In Part 2 my wife crossing it, and me (with a scary voice) given her directions... She's so brave... and yeap, I don't like heights. For a tall person the difficult part is in the first 5m when the chain is barely above your waist.
