Chicken legs - 5 pcs
Potatoes - 1 kg
Onions - 2 pcs
White wine - 300 ml
Flour - 150 g
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Thyme
Olive oil - 50 ml
Method of preparation
Cut onions and potatoes in bulk.
We put them in a tray.
Season with salt, thyme, black pepper and paprika.
We add 50 ml. olive oil.
Add salt and pepper to the flour.
Roll the legs in the flour.
Heat 100 ml. vegetable oil and fry the chicken legs for 2 minutes on both sides - to seal the meat.
After we take them out, we arrange them in the pan, on the potatoes.
We water them with white wine.
Cover the pan with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 240 ° for 40 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for 15 minutes at 220 °.
