First cut, I'm cutting is the whole silver side into roast.
Second cut, is the eye round removed from the silverside I'm cutting it up into minute steaks.
Third cut, I'm cutting two whole vacuum pack scotch or Ribeye into steaks.
lastly, the of cuts from the meats some are cut into dice and the other is trimmed out ready to mince.
