To make this "Double Pepper Bacon Burger" you will need:

1 burger patty (I use frozen)
1-2 strips of bacon
Roasted bell pepper (canned or home-made)
"Tamed" pickled jalapenos
Cheese (I use cheddar and a Baby Bell)
Mayonnaise
Bun

Start by cutting two large flat slices of bell pepper and place them in a large pan alongside your bacon. Cook on medium-high heat flipping them occasionally.

Once the bacon is cooked to your liking, drain the grease and use the pepper slices to squeegee the pan clean. Place the peppers back in the pan and start to cook your burger patty.

Cut thin slices of cheese and set aside. Continue to flip the pepper slices until they are soft. Flip the burger once it has a nice seer and place a layer of cheese on top, then add your bacon slices and another thin layer of cheese.

Toast your bun in the pan and once the burger is cooked to your liking turn off the heat to let the burger rest. Add mayo to the top bun and your finished burger on the bottom bun. Top with the roasted bell pepper and a generous layer of "Tamed" pickled jalapenos.
