BP Underground is an award-winning documentary series exploring the underground youth subcultures of Budapest, Hungary in the 90’s and 2000’s right after the iron curtain fell.

The fourth episode focuses on the underground rock scene in Budapest. Like the previous episodes, it evokes the emergence and flourishing of the harder music scenes with a distinctive visual style and the use of many archival recordings. The film touches on urban hotspots it introduces the key figures of the scene and discusses the various trends, sub-genres, and characteristics of the extensive music scene. Among other things, it seeks to answer how Budapest, as a central hub, shaped the subculture.
