it's bbq.. it's a cheeseburger.. it's a bacon blanket.. it's meatloaf.. it's awesome.. mash all that together and you have an awesome bbq bacon cheeseburger meatloaf.. or combine my wife's two most favorite words.. it's a patty loaf..

here's the mojo patty loaf ingredient run down..

2 lb ground cow (a fatty one)
2 T your favorite beef rub
1 C diced shrooms
1/2 diced pickles
2 T worcestershire
2 eggs
4 oz french fried onion straws
6 oz panko bread crumbs
8 oz pepper jack
1 bacon blanket
tad bit of bbq sauce

combine fore mentioned ingredients.
form patty loaf..
wrap in pig awesomeness..
cook at 350° on grilluntil an internal of 160° is reached.. hit with a little sauce and put back on for 5-10 min....

cool..slice..eat..
