Try this exceptionally delicious ashta recipe. use it as is, or in every baked dessert recipe like knafeh, qatayef and so much more..
Everyone will be impressed, I assure you.

First Step:
2 Litres of milk
Lemon juice 4 tbsp (45 ml)

Step two:
Milk 1 1/2 cups (375 ml)
Whipping Cream 1 cup (250 ml)
Cornstarch 1/4 cup (30 g)
Semolina 1/4 cup (50 g)
Sugar 1 tbsp
Orange Blossom Water 1 tsp
