Today's video is about my positive experience with using a steam extraction unit to make juice from frozen berries. Whether you purchase frozen berries or collect your own and freeze or use fresh, this unit is an easy option to create delightful, sugar free, as well as chemical and dye free juice for drinking or in making jelly.

I had some technical difficulties, so some of what I originally recorded, did not process, so one must be flexible and adapt. I added in some pictures from the first and second batch of making juice and also reserving of the pulp to use in smoothies, breakfast bars, fruit bars, and other dessert options in the future.
