Until the end of the last third of the last century, the abundance of boxwood in the pre-Pyrenean mountains served as a stimulus for the development of a #spoon industry. In 1994, Pascual Mairal was still carrying on with this activity of transforming boxwood trunks into spoons, forks and other objects, in the town of Las Almunias de Rodellar (Huesca).
