I saw these when stopping for a stop sign. I took a short video of it. The engines are marked CWRR (Central Washington RR) #330 and #332. These engines are in Columbia Basin RR's area of operation. I saw these just outside of McDonald, WA.

Here's the information. CBRR is owned by CWRR, so they probably swap engines and cars occasionally.
