How to Successfully Dry Tomatoes in the Sun
In the summer, when tomatoes are plentiful and temperatures soar, it's the perfect time to dry tomatoes. Utilizing the summer sun, we can dehydrate them effectively, and afterwards, preserve them in oil to enjoy their exquisite flavor.

IMPORTANT NOTE
For product safety, institutions such as INTA/INTI of Argentina recommend using a mixture of oil and vinegar for preservation. Conversely, they advise against using wet seasonings like garlic, suggesting the use of dry seasonings instead.

It is preferable to use Plum or Roma Tomatoes, although any variety is acceptable.
2 Kilos of Tomatoes will yield approximately 200 gr of dried tomatoes.
