Puff Pastry Bean Pockets

Ingredients:

• 30 green beans (approximately 350 g)
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 6 slices of bacon
• 6 slices of cheese
• 1 package of fresh puff pastry (275 g)
• 1 egg
• Sesame seeds
• Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
• Hollandaise sauce
