ARGENTINE TANGO TUTORIAL

Today's topic is the rythmical division "3,3,2" replacing the most common model of rythmically organizing the music which is the "marcato en 4" or the 4 beats bar.

The "3,3,2" is an eight note division of the bar of music, very common in Piazzolla but also in other well know and more traditional orchestras such as Troilo, Pugliese, Francini-Pontier, etc. And even though it brings beauty and interest to the song, it also makes life much harder for dancers.

But knowledge always makes us overcome, so let's see if I can help!

The goal of TangOnline is not to replace your participation on regular classes with a Tango Teacher within your comunity, which is always essencial for a proper and consistent development as a dancer, but to work as a complementary support of essential information for every Tango dancer.

And if you're teatching Tango, than I hope this can help you too by eventually giving you a different approach on how to address different topics.
