Better than pasta, delicious garlic potatoes! healthy easy potato recipe ! no frying ! very quick !

ingredients :
Recipe 1:

3 medium potatoes (500g).
~ 1 and 3/4 cup of potato starch (200g).
~ 3/4 cup of water (150ml).
1 teaspoon of salt.

for the sauce :
4 cloves of garlic.
4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
1 teaspoon of sweet chili flakes.
1 teaspoon of fresh or dried parsley.
3 tablespoons of avocado oil ( you can use olive, or sesame oil).

Recipe 2 :

3 large potatoes (1kg).
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (250g).
some salt (2 or 3 pinches)
vegetable oil (2- 3 tablespoons)

the meat filling:
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon grated garlic
500g minced meat
1 red + green red bell pepper.
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric.
some chopped parsley (about 2 tablespoons).
3 tablespoons tomato sauce.
1 teaspoon thyme or oregano (optional).
150g shredded mozzarella cheese.

Recipe 3 :

3 medium potatoes (600g).
~ 1 cup of cornstarch (110g).
salt.
1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
vegetable oil for frying.
