50 Things I Quit to Simplify My Life

I’ve been simplifying my life for multiple years now, and I feel like the more I have let go of things that don’t serve me anymore, the more I’ve been able to understand myself and my priorities better, and focus on the things that actually matter.

Today I sat down, and the idea was to reflect and write 20 things I’ve quit, but then I went for a walk and they just kept coming and I decided to keep going.
