Ed Kuepper took his Exploding Universe back on the road again to celebrate the re-release of two more albums: his solo ARIA award winning “Black Ticket Day” and the Laughing Clowns’ classic “Law of Nature”. There were as well plenty of songs from other albums, 14 in total. I limited myself to five:

After the City Recital Hall on the previous tour, GA at The Factory didn’t really appeal to me and I almost decided not to go at all. However, Ed’s social media post about the Milton Theatre selling fast prompted me to look at it as an alternative option. I decided that I’d rather spend the extra time driving and then having a seat, than waiting in a queue and then standing in a crowd, many of whom would be talking throughout the show. I definitely made the right decision. Milton Theatre is a lovely, intimate venue and I had a terrific view from upstairs. I’ll certainly be considering it as an alternative to Sydney in future.
