I close this eggplant caviar a lot every year. My whole family just loves her.
Recipe:
Onion - 300 gr.
Carrot - 300 gr.
Bulgarian pepper - 500 gr.
Tomatoes - 1 kg.
Eggplant - 1 kg.
Garlic - 4-5 tooth.
Dill, parsley 0.5 bunch.
Salt - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - 1 tsp
Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil 150 ml.
You can add spices to taste.
Yield: 4 cans of 0.5 liters.
