The day before the weather forecast was changeable and when I woke up at 6 to hear the rain hitting the window I thought this was going to be a long day. BUT you can't rely on the forecast and it worked in our favour and the day was great. If you haven't done the Tarka Trail then do it, my video just doesn't do it justice (I'm still trying to perfect my technique). It was my birthday too, and i'd just like to thank Vicky and Jim for their company and to Deirdre my wife digging deep and making the ride.
