Salsa:
3 Roma tomatoes
1 jalapeño
1/2 white onion
4-6 cloves garlic
Salt and oil to taste
Finish with bundle of cilantro and 1/4 cup white vinegar

2 lbs skirt steak

Marinade:

4 cloves garlic
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lime zest and juice
1/4 white onion
Bundle of cilantro
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp chipotle chili powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin

This makes about 10 loaded tacos

10-12 corn tortillas
Cilantro and onion, fine diced
Cotija cheese

Optional: avocado, sour cream, hot sauce
