I use ripe apples in this recipe because they are sweeter.

I used instant oatmeal, but if you use oatmeal, I recommend soaking it in water beforehand so that it doesn't get so hard in the finished muffins.

If you want, you can add chocolate to the dough or sprinkle it on the cupcakes before putting them in the oven.

If you use paper cupcake and muffin tins, you don't need to grease them. If you use a silicone mold, I still recommend greasing it with vegetable oil or butter of your choice.

I pack the finished cupcakes in containers and can store them at room temperature for three days.

You can easily check the readiness of the muffins with a wooden skewer or toothpick. After 35-40 minutes, take out the cupcakes and pierce one of them in the middle with a toothpick. If the toothpick is dry and there is no dough left on it, the muffins are ready, otherwise leave them in the oven for a while. But be careful not to bake them in the oven for too long, otherwise the cupcakes may become dry.

Step-by-step preparation
Step 1.
Cut one apple into pieces and put it in a bowl. Cut the second apple into pieces and grind it with a blender.
Step 2.
Add chicken egg, mix.
Step 3.
Pour milk into a bowl, add honey and mix well.
Step 4.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients – flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon.
Step 5.
Add dry ingredients to the APPLE-EGG mixture and stir.
Step 6.
Lightly grease muffin tins with vegetable oil. If you are using paper muffin tins, just place them in the tin. In this case, you do not need to grease them with oil.
Step 7
Fill muffin tins with dough. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 35-40 minutes.
Step 8
After 35-40 minutes, remove the muffins from the oven. Let the finished cupcakes cool in the tin. After the cupcakes have cooled, they can be removed from the tin and served with tea or coffee. :)
