4/5 cup sugar (180 g).
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
1/2 cup melted butter (100 g).
4/5 cup milk (200 ml / 6.7 fl oz).
2.5 cups flour (370 g).
2 teaspoons of baking powder (10 g).
27 x 18 cm / 10.5 x 7 inch mold.
Grease with butter and cover with baking paper.
1/2 cup walnuts (60 g).
1/2 cup raisins (60 g).
Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C.

370 g flour (13 oz).
1 teaspoon baking powder.

26 cm (10 inch) mold.
1 egg.
60 g sugar (2 oz).
45 g cornstarch (1.5 oz).
400 ml milk (13.5 fl oz).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
3 apples
1 spoon of sugar.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180 °C (355 °F).
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar for decoration.
