Even a Subnautica Leviathan isn't safe now that the Plague Heart has entered what seems to be a new state of existence. Even infected survivors are being absorbed into this flesh beast creating the biggest mass of organic matter yet in Subnautica (Aside of the Gargantuan Leviathan.
